I have had the pleasure of visiting True Aesthetics for a botox treatment, and I must say, their customer service exceeded my expectations in every way. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and made to feel comfortable right away. The staff members were highly professional and knowledgeable about the botox procedure. They took the time to explain the process thoroughly and addressed any concerns I had with clarity. This level of transparency was reassuring and instilled confidence in their expertise.

During the procedure, the staff continued to demonstrate their commitment to customer care. They ensured I was at ease throughout and checked in periodically to make sure I was comfortable.

After the procedure, I received a follow-up text to inquire about my satisfaction and to provide post-treatment care instructions. This attention to detail and follow-up further underscored their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I recently visited true aesthetic. I had a hydrafacial procedure. the room was incredibly comfortable🥰, it was a real relaxation session.🤩 This was my first experience with a care procedure and I am incredibly happy that I chose True❤️

I have had filler and tox done with Janet. She is always so thorough. She walks you through every step of the way. She makes you feel comfortable and puts any nerves you may have at ease. I had the pleasure of having Amoula do my microneedling today, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Amoula was welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. She was incredibly thorough, ensuring that every step of the procedure was explained in detail. Her friendly demeanor and professional attitude made the entire appointment enjoyable.

Throughout the session, Amoula was attentive and informative, answering all my questions and providing valuable skincare tips. Her expertise and gentle approach left me feeling confident and excited for my skin’s improvement.

The entire staff at True have been a great pleasure to be around. Everyone is warm, accommodating, and genuinely caring. The clinic's atmosphere is inviting and soothing, which makes each visit something to look forward to.

Can't recommend this clinic enough! Janet is wonderful, very informative, she made the whole process very comfortable and seamless.  Janet was very helpful and guided me into the right direction to achieve my goals without any pressure, and I could not be more happy with the results so far,  absolutely loving my lip filler!  I also seen Amoula for Morpheus treatment and she is very friendly and can answer all your skin care questions!
