Mike is an electrician and integrity-focused entrepreneur. He’s a founding member of the solar community in Alberta and since the first days has brought passion for engineering, system optimization, forward-thinking design and meticulous (bordering on fanatical) standards to customers across the province as well as to municipalities, inspections authorities, & other businesses as a consultant. Over 15 years doing solar has enabled him to contribute to manufacturing of products that the entire industry now uses, shape standards for industry, and derive great joy from seeing people get maximum benefit with total confidence in their choice to go solar. The span of experience has allowed him to see the outcomes of these investments for people over many years, reaffirming why great quality and ethics make for great value as a core business practice. Mike believes there is no excuse for corner cutting and proves every day that it is not much more expensive to do something not only right, but extremely right.
Kyle Harasym, Partner,
Master Electrician
Kyle is a master electrician with over 20 years experience and exacting standards. An early adopter of solar technology on his own home, he brings a firm and calm attention to project development and execution that helps ensure constant success and excellence even when things become difficult. A strong moral centre and diverse experience makes adaptation and flexibility with no loss in quality a consistent point of excellence as a business partner. Kyle ensures that SolarNinjas projects and clients are handled properly, following a core value of “Doing what’s right, even when no one is looking” and ensures that this value is downloaded to everyone we work with.

We do not outsource our solar installation work, and we provide full service repair, maintenance and upgrade options which adds layers of skill to our team members.
